Fans flocked to the home of Los Caribes de Anzoátegui to see Ronald Acuña Jr., the unanimous MVP of the National League of the MLB, play for Los Tiburones de La Guaira in a three-game series.
The series was part of the Venezuelan Professional Baseball League (LVBP) and took place at the Alfonso “Chico” Carrasquel stadium.
The crowd filled the stadium to watch the new Venezuelan star who shines in the big leagues, as well as the other talented players from both teams and, of course, some fine baseball.

Game One
The Tiburones de La Guaira won the first game on November 21, 2023, after a fierce battle of runs, defeating the Caribes de Anzoátegui by 9 to 6.
Wilson Garcia, the designated hitter, stood out with 1 home run and 2 RBIs, along with the Brazilian-born Leonardo Reginatto, who had 3 RBIs and 2 runs scored.
Ronald Acuña Jr contributed 1 hit and 1 run in 5 at-bats.
For the Caribes, Balbino Fuenmayor and Victor Reyes each hit a home run.
The fans of both teams left the game happy after witnessing an exciting match and the presence of a Major League MVP in the eastern park.
