Hammers host United

David Moyes faces his former club on Saturday as West Ham host Manchester United in the Premier League on Saturday evening at the London Stadium.

It will be the first Premier League match with some supporters this season as 2000 fans will be at the match.

West Ham

The East London side sit fifth in the table on 17 points after winning their past three games against Aston Villa, Fulham and Sheffield United.

Michail Antonio returned from injury for West Ham against Aston Villa but was substituted at half-time so he might be still carrying an injury.

Man United

Man United, like the hosts, have also won three league matches in a row but had to come back from 2-0 down against Southampton to secure the three points. They sit ninth in the league having played a game fewer than most sides.

Marcus Rashford had to come off with a shoulder problem in the defeat to PSG during the week and he is a doubt.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side broke a club record by beating Southampton. They have won their past eight Premier League away games, their longest winning away run in the Premier League.

Bruno Fernandes has scored in each of his last five Premier League away games – the last player to score in six consecutive away league appearances for United was Denis Law in March 1964.

Head-to-head

If they beat West Ham, United they will have won their first five away games of a league campaign for the first time since 1985-86.

West Ham have won their last two Premier League home games against Man United – they’ve not won three in a row since the 1970’s.

United have won just three of their last 11 against the Hammers in the Premier League (D5 L3).
