Poitiers clinch play-off spot
Poitiers secured a play-off place on the last day of the season with a 3-0 win against Nice.
Brice Donat’s side went into the final game needing a win to secure their place in the top eight ahead of Sete, and they performed excellently to win in 1 hour 14 minutes.
Sete fall short despite win
Sete missed out on a play-off spot despite beating Toulouse 3-1. Batiste Geiler scored 19 points and made five aces for Sete.
Cannes finish second
The only other things to be decided were final positions. Lincoln Williams scored 17 points as Cannes beat Paris 3-1 to secure second spot, ahead of Narbonne who beat Tourcoing 3-0.
Other matches
Two matches were postponed due to Covid and they will be played on Tuesday. Those are Cambrai against league winners Montpellier and Chaumont against Nantes. Chaumont can leapfrog Tours and finish fourth if they win.
