A week after being crowned champions of the Liga ASOBAL, Barcelona have not lost their hunger.
It is now 29 wins from 29 games after a comfortable 39-22 away win against strugglers Villa de Aranda.

At the bottom, BM Sinfin recorded a vital win against Puerto Sagunto (31-29) to move four points clear of safety. Quabit Guadalajara are edging towards trouble.
They lost their fourth straight game and fell to 14th, just a point clear of safety. Importantly, the team below them – Morrazo Cangas – have two games in hand.
