Municipio de Lomas de Zamora are level on points with Ferro Carril Oeste at the top of the group and face Defensores de Banfield this weekend. They share the top of Group B with Lomas.
Defensores Banfield sit in third with three points and can go level on points with Lomas with a victory.
Elsewhere, Ciudad Campana and Boca Juniors face each other in the other Group B match.
Unbeaten sides go head-to-head
In Group A, leaders Club Ciudad de Buenos Aires have had a great start with two wins and six perfect sets. They face fellow unbeaten side San Lorenzo de Almagro, who have three points from just one game. It is set to be an interesting encounter on Saturday.
Bottom-of-the-table clash
Velez Sarsfield will try to avoid a third straight defeat in their away match against Universidad de Buenos Aires.
Both teams are looking for their first points this season and the loser will be rooted to the bottom at the end of the gameweek.
