The two finalists of the Argentina Division de Honor will be known this coming weekend after the second legs are played.
Club Ciudad and River Plate currently hold an advantage going into this weekend’s matches.
Club Ciudad beat Lomas
In the first semi-final match, Club Ciudad de Buenos Aires defeated Lomas de Zamora 3-0 (25-13, 31-29, 27-25).

Ciudad won the first set with ease as a Sergio Soria block confirmed a 25-13 set win.
Down 1-0, Lomas responded well and a block from Juan Bucciarelli levelled the set 12-12. Finally, after a long and arduous set, Ciudad closed the set 31-29.
The third and final set was also very close. An Ignacio Benítez block sealed the win as they took the final set 27-25.
For Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Valentino Vidoni was the MVP as he scored 14 points.
In case of a draw, a golden set will be played.
River Plate in pole position
Elsewhere, River Plate are one win away from meeting Club Ciudad in the final after they beat San Lorenzo 3-1 (25-23, 17-25, 25-12, 25-20).
