The match
Sondre Soerli scored twice to give Kjetil Knutsen’s side their third home win from four games.
Soerli slotted a shot past Sooshka Makani after a pass from Ulrik Saltnes three minutes before half-time.
The hosts were dominant throughout and nearly had a second when a direct dribble and shot from Saltnes saw him strike the post.
But with 20 minutes remaining, he turned into the provider once more and set up Soerli to score again. He took a quick free kick and picked out the inside run of the forward, who fired home.
What does it mean?
Bodo/Glimt move on to 16 points from seven games and have a one point lead over Kristiansund, who moved into second after a 2-0 win against Odds Ballklubb.
Mjondalen are 11th with five points, but have played just five games.

The match
Rasums Wiedesheim-Paul put the visitors in front after just two minutes following a short back-pass by Gustav Valskik.
He capitalised on the errant back-pass to nip in front of Niklas Gunnarson and thump a shot into the near-post past the goalkeeper.
The hosts reacted well and almost levelled when Fred Friday shot cannoned off the post after a smart pull-back. They were causing havoc down the right-hand side and created numerous chances from that side, including a cross that Jonathan Parr volleyed just wide at the back post.
The second half was different and Rosenborg offered more threat. Dino Islamovic was denied a certain goal when Lars-Christopher Vilsvik managed to get his head on the ball ahead of the forward as he was about to nod in from a yard out.
Kristofer Zachariassen then found himself with just the keeper to beat but his shot was palmed away.
Strømsgodset punished Rosenborg as Henrik Pedersen converted from the spot after Valsvik was wrestled to the ground in the box.
The home side then started to believe they could win the game. Friday’s turn and finish inside the box was saved, but with three minutes remaining, the winner came.
Mikkel Maigaard’s shot was saved but the ball fell to Moses Mawa, who’s shot was also saved. But the ball fell at the feet of Halldor Stenevik, who just had to tap in to spark delirious scenes at the Marienlyst Stadion.
Se på Fred. Var det noen som sa at han ikke kan presse? Kjør da, Friday! pic.twitter.com/g5fFKGg9Me
