Key battle at the bottom

Wadi Degla host El Entag El Harby in a significant match at the bottom of the Egyptian Premier League.

While the top three are in Champions League and Confederations Cup action, two of the bottom three sides go head-to-head in a huge clash.

Just two points separate El Entag El Harby in bottom and Wadi Degla in 16th.

Wadi Degla form

Wadi Degla, managed by Mario Salas, are unbeaten in three and won their most recent game against Ceramica Cleopatra 2-1. They can move out of the bottom three with a win as National Bank Egypt do not play at the weekend.

El Entag El Harby form

El Entag El Harby are winless in five games and have conceded the most goals in the division, conceding 29 goals in 15 games.

Ismaily in need of a win

Ismaily, who sit second bottom in the table, host Ceramica Cleopatra on Saturday. They are without a league win in 2021, last winning on 29 December – a run of 11 games.

Dragan Jovic’s men will take comfort from the fact that Ceramica have lost their last two and are secure in mid table.
