Leicester take Chelsea apart
Leicester beat Chelsea 2-0 to go top of the Premier League table as pressure mounts on Frank Lampard as Chelsea manager.
Brendan Rodgers’ side took the lead after six minutes when Wilfred Ndidi’s shot from outside the box bounced off the post and into the net after a clever short corner.
The Foxes dominated the game but had a scare in the 38th minute when a penalty was given to Chelsea, but it was overturned when VAR ruled that the foul was made just outside the box.
Just three minutes later, James Maddison doubled Leicester’s lead with a cool finish past Edouard Mendy after running onto Marc Albrighton’s pass. It was the third consecutive league game that the Leicester midfielder has scored in.
It was a comfortable second half for Leicester, who did not come under much pressure.

Leicester go top of the table, a point ahead of Manchester United who have a game in hand.
Chelsea are in eighth, five points off the top four. They have lost five of their last eight league games since they beat Leeds in early December.
Since Lampard has took charge, only Newcastle (52) have conceded more away goals in the Premier League than Chelsea (50).
Leicester have won all 12 games this season after scoring the first goal. They have such one fewer point (38) than they did at the midway point in the season they won the title in 2015/16.
Antonio scores winner again
Michail Antonio scored the decisive match-winning goal again as West Ham edged past West Brom 2-1 at the London Stadium.
Jarrod Bowen put David Moyes’ side ahead on the stroke of half-time when Jarrod Bowen chested in Vladamir Coufal’s cross.
Matheus Pereira equalised with a powerful shot from distance six minutes after the restart. West Ham then started to push for a winner with Declan Rice coming close on two occasions
But the hosts got the all important winner in the 66th minute when Aaron Cresswell’s cross was headed into the path of Antonio by substitute Andriy Yarmolenko and the Englishman hooked a finish past Sam Johnstone in goal.

West Ham won their third successive game and are up to seventh, two points off a Champions League place. West Brom’s goal was the first they have conceded in their past five games in all competitions.
32 points at the halfway stage is the most they have collected at the halfway stage in the Premier League.
The goal was Antonio’s 41st in the Premier League, all have been scored from inside the box
West Brom remain 19th and are five points from safety.
