Huge match in the Bundesliga

The top two in the Bundesliga face off as champions Bayern Munich host RB Leipzig on Saturday evening at the Aliianz Arena.

Bayern form

Bayern top the table on 22 points, two points ahead of Julian Nagelsmann’s side. The treble winners came back from a goal down to beat Stuttgart last week.

Hansi Flick’s side have scored an incredible 31 goals in nine league games, but they have conceded 13 – the most out of the top six in the division.

They have also conceded at least once in their last eight matches in all competitions. Bayern have scored in their last 22 Bundesliga matches and in their last 37 matches in all competitions.

RB Leipzig form

RB Leipzig have had a good week, winning 4-3 in a dramatic match in the Bundesliga, and beating Arminia Bielefeld 2-1 last week in the Bundesliga.

Head-to-head

Their away record in the Bundesliga is mixed, with just one win from four matches. Leipzig drew 1-1 to Eintracht Frankfurt in their last away Bundesliga game.

Leipzig have yet to score in four previous visits to the Allianz Arena in the Bundesliga. The last three league meetings have ended as draws, while Leipzig have won just one of their 10 games against Bayern in all competitions
