Tenerife continue perfect start
Iberostar Tenerife maintained their 100% record and position at the top of the table as they beat Club Joventut Badalona 86-82.
It was a tight match with the scores level at the end of the first and second quarter but the league leaders won the third and fourth quarters by two points to take the win. It’s the best ever start to the ACB for Tenerife.

Badalona led 72-69 in the final quarter but the difference came from two crucial three-pointers from Aaron Doorenekamp in the final quarter, who scored three overall to give the hosts the win.

Tenerife scored 12 three-pointers from 27 attempts (44%), while the away side managed only eight from 25 (32%). Joventut are in sixth place, having won four of their six games.
Hannah scores 28 as MoraBanc win in overtime
MoraBanc Andorra beat third-placed San Pablo Burgos 87-82 in a match that went into overtime in Liga Endesa.
It was a match to remember for Clevin Hannah, who scored 28 points and added three rebounds and three assists. Burgos led the match 67-63 but Hannah scored five consecutive points to put his side ahead. The match was level at 69–69 after the four quarters.
Hannah was prolific with his two-pointers, he scored 10 of his 12 attempts. The Andorran side are in ninth spot, having won three and lost three of their six matches.

Baskonia beat Barca
Baskonia jumped above Barcelona in the table, winning 82-71 at the Fernando Buesa Arena. The hosts trailed 39-49 at half time but fought back with some big scoring from Rokas Giedraitis and Achille Polonara to win the third quarter 31–18 and take a commanding lead in the match.
Giedraitis scored 19 points and collected six rebounds and one assist. Polonara added 16 points, eight rebounds and four assists. It was Barcelona’s first defeat of the season and means they lie seventh but have played only four matches.

There was also a win for Estudiantes, who won away from home against Real Betis 81-80 in a very close match. Javier Zamora’s side have now won three ACB matches in a row.
Betis have lost four of their five ACB matches. John Roberson scored 20 points for the winning side.
Zaragoza won more convincingly, winning 98-86. They managed 16 three-pointers from 36 attempts and three players got 16+ points. Conner Frankamp was the top-scorer in the match though with 20 points, six assists and four rebounds.
There were also wins for Unicaja against second-bottom Gran Canaria 84-80, Manresa against winless Montakit Fuenlabrada 102-100 and Obradoiro against San Sebastian Gipuzkoa 85-76.
Top scores
Marc Garcia top-scored with 33 points for Fuenlabrada in a losing cause, including 18 in a quarter.Victor Arteaga collected 13 rebounds for Estudiantes, Pau Ribas made nine assists in Badalona’s defeat to Tenerife, while Malik Dime made four blocks for Morabanc Andorra.
